Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Poolably ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

Not Professional Pool Service Advice

Poolably is an educational and planning tool, not a replacement for professional pool service. The treatment plans, chemical dosing calculations, and water chemistry guidance provided by the App are based on standard pool chemistry formulas and are intended for informational purposes.

If you are unsure about a treatment, have a complex water problem, or are dealing with a commercial or public pool, you should consult a licensed pool service professional.

Chemical Calculation Accuracy

Poolably calculates chemical doses using standard pool chemistry formulas (e.g., parts per million adjustments based on pool volume). However, actual results may vary depending on:

• Water temperature and environmental conditions
• Chemical product quality, concentration, and age
• Application method and circulation
• Accuracy of the test results you enter

Always follow the safety instructions on your chemical products. The App is provided "as is" without warranty that calculations will produce exact results in all conditions.

Subscriptions

Poolably offers a free tier and optional paid upgrades (yearly subscription and lifetime purchase). Purchases are billed through Apple's App Store and are subject to Apple's Standard EULA.

• Yearly subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Lifetime purchases are a one-time payment and do not renew.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings.
• Refunds are handled by Apple per their refund policy.

Your Data

All pool data you enter into Poolably is stored locally on your device. If you enable iCloud sync (a Pro feature), your data is also stored in your personal iCloud account via Apple's CloudKit. You are responsible for maintaining your iCloud account and ensuring adequate iCloud storage. We are not liable for data loss resulting from device failure, OS updates, iCloud issues, or app deletion.

Intellectual Property

Poolably, its design, code, and content are the property of Poolably and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from the App.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Poolably and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to property damage, equipment damage, or personal injury resulting from chemical application based on the App's recommendations.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
